Design and construction of an oak made Boudoir. Its design was based on the combination of aesthetic harmony and usability of the object. The inspiration was taken from the Scandinavian design style, where the main characteristics are simple and clean lines, emphasis on the functionality of each piece of furniture and thorough consideration in the design of storage spaces. Thus, this item of furniture carries three drawers made of birch plywood integrated into its construction. Throughout the construction, oak veneers have been selected and "paired" so that the wood grains follow the continuity all around perimetrically the furniture. The main structure with the drawers is supported on solid legs, which follow the same design lines. In addition, the knobs are made of the same massif wood. The final creation was finished with matte (non yellowing) acrylic varnishes.
