The design and construction of this particular item which is adorned with geometric marquetry, is inspired from Art Deco movement. Its lampshade comes into a circular form. Marquetry covers the whole perimeter in repetition of geometric laser cut patterns out of a variety of veneers in such a way that colors and composition come into contrast. Plywood used: paduk, oak, eucalyptus and black imbued oak. Its lampshade interior is iroko veneer lined. Τhe floor lamp base was formed out of solid beech imbued in black.The whole construction is varnished in matte acrylics (non yellowing).
