Custom oak nightstand construction. This construction was based on a design chosen by the customer. The main body of the bedside table is a rectangular construction. The most distinguishing trait of the furniture is the circular forms in the frame of the drawer's metope, where the Viennese rattan has been specially designed to fit in. Its legs are turned round out of solid oak. As for the colour of the furniture, the natural method of ammonia fuming was applied to give oak a darker shade; acrylic varnishes (non yellowing) were used for the finish.
