Each project is costed individually since each project is unique and has its own peculiarities. As a general rule, the final cost of the project is a combination of material, cutting time and work (corrections if needed, sanding, painting, assembly, etc. if requested). Afterwards, factors taken into account while costing, are analyzed.

Files preparation

2D laser cutting {900 x 1300mm}

The easiest and fastest way to prepare your files is to use the premade template which precisely defines the useful dimensions of our machine.

Rotary engraving {400 x 200mm}

The rotary engraving device accepts cylindrical objects with a maximum length of 400mm x 200mm maximum height

Generally we ask for clean vector files without double lines, which are closed shapes, their size is correct and the tasks to be done are separated in colors (Black = cut, Green = scoring, red = engraving). All the designs we process must have the above dimensions as maximum.

Laser cutter preparation

Projects that do not require any specialized technique are not charged with additional costs in addition to the processing time. Projects that requires special handling and construction of alignment molds or engraving on more than one side increases the cost of processing.

Laser cutting

For the cutting process we use special software which shows the time it will take the machine to complete the process. As a general rule, the thicker a material is, the longer it takes to be cut, so the cost increases. Respectively, the thinner a material is, the lower the cost. 

Laser engraving

The engraving process tends to be more expensive than the cutting process. This happens because the laser has to make many passages that move slightly to cover the entire surface to be engraved. The cost is calculated by the engraving surface to be covered. The cost of engraving, in general, is not affected by the choice of material.

Laser scoring

The scoring process is a cheaper alternative to engraving. Essentially a trace is created around the perimeter of the selected item to scoring. This means that shapes and text acquire an outline.

Labor

Labor concerns special tecniques such as: multifaceted engravings, alignments with mold making and more. In most projects that  the premade template and a sheet of material will be applied, there will be no work charges .

Materials

 * For materials  in stock, their price is shaped by the square meter, depending on the nature of the material and the choice of its quality.

** For materials that should be ordered, their price is formed after consultation and a minimum quantity.

Normal time

The processing of the order usually takes 3-5 working days depending on the volume of processing.

48hr rush service 

The processing of the order  completed within 48 hours increases the cost because we have to change the production process to serve your project

Urgent service:

The processing of the order is done on the same day if possible  increasing the cost because we  your project is put for processing immediately.

The shipping of the order can be done by means of the courier company  we  co-operate with or in any other way that serves you. Cash on delivery as a service, is available.

Files type

The laser "reads" vector files, this means that the acceptable formats are .AI / .DXF / .EPS / .PDF. For the sake of time saving, during the design, make sure that there are no double lines because it means that they will be cut or engraved double. All designs to be cut should be on a 1: 1 scale to avoid cutting or drawing the wrong dimensions, in addition, a dimensional memo would help. All texts should be Outlined. If you want to cut a large number of patterns on a sheet of material make sure that each object has sufficient gaps larger than 5mm.
